CANCELLATION POLICY - A word from the owners – 2010/11 has shown us what mother nature can throw at us with respect to all the snow and ice experienced in the world. We have had a number of cancelations as a result. Whilst we will endeavor to rebook and/or work with our clients for future arrival dates, we cannot be expected to refund our clients as a result of “too much snow for the plane to take off” We encourage our clients to take out insurance to cover themselves of such occurrences

Cancellation fees are as follows: Yuletide/Winter/Spring Cancellations within: 45-30 days - 25%, 29-14 days - 75%, 13 days or less 100% Summer Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, a charge of 3 nights room rate will be imposed NO refunds will be made after guest arrival (year round)

SECURITY DEPOSIT - Yuletide/Winter/Spring - A 7 night deposit is required. For reservations of less than 7 nights, full payment is required. Summer - A 3 night deposit is required (April - December)

CHECKOUT TIME - is 12 Noon In the event where there is a late departure, we shall try our utmost to accomodate guests as best as possible. To guarantee a late checkout and use of the room, clients have the option to book their room for an additional night.

CHECKIN TIME - is 1500hrs Therefore early arrivals who wish to guarantee their accomodation to be available upon arrival have the option to pay for their night prior to actual early arrival. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Transfers to & from airport $50.00US each way.
